Hydraulic CBUs
Main application areas are eccentric presses, punching presses and other presses controlled by single strokes e.g. toggle and crank presses. Additionally to press drives they are also installed in printing, weaving and woodworking machinery.
The difference to pneumatic CBU: the medium oil allows much higher operating pressure.
Our design: clutch: 60 bar brake: 24 bar
The units run in an oil bath, temperatures are kept constant via the heat exchanger. Multi-disc types have smaller diameters.

Hydraulically operated CBU with one brake
Hydraulic clutch-brake-units CBU suited for installation for driving mechanical presses. The brake is spring-applied. The operating pressure is supposed at 60 bar. clutch and brake torque can be adjusted.
